# Enable e-mail notifications on ticket purchases

You can follow these steps if you'd like to know each time a ticket is purchased for an event:

1. Navigate to the Staff tab of your event
2. Add the user you would like to get notified to the list, if they aren't listed already
3. Click the "No" under the Ticket Notifications column for that user, and change it to "Yes"

4. That user should now be notified via e-mail and push notification (if they have the PYLI app). That user can change the frequency of emails anytime by visiting their account settings here: [https://pyli.app/settings/mail_notifications](https://pyli.app/settings/mail_notifications)
